Multi-Gigahertz Oscillator Platform "MS1150"
Achieving high-quality clocks for high-speed communication, optical communication, and data centers with ultra-low phase jitter at the femtosecond level.
MS1150 is a digital synthetic oscillator (DSO) that combines BAW (Bulk Acoustic Wave) resonator technology with high-performance digital frequency synthesis technology, achieving ultra-low phase jitter. It supports a wide frequency range from 20 MHz to 2,200 MHz and can be factory-set with high resolution of less than 1 ppb. At typical output frequencies, it realizes ultra-low RMS phase jitter of 20 to 22 fs (femtoseconds). The Adaptive Intelligence feature and autonomous DSP algorithms help mitigate the effects of manufacturing variations, power supply voltage, and temperature changes, maintaining high clock stability. It supports various differential outputs such as CML, LVDS, LVPECL, and HCSL, and features fast startup times of up to 10 ms. It operates with a 1.8 V power supply and in an industrial temperature range of -40 to +85 °C, making it suitable for applications requiring high-quality clock signals, such as high-speed serial communication, optical communication, data centers, and network equipment. ■ Wide Frequency Setting Range ✓ Factory-set to any frequency from 20 MHz to 2,200 MHz ✓ Frequency setting with resolution of less than ppb ✓ Frequency stability: ±20 ppm ■ About Femtoseconds 1 femtosecond = one quadrillionth of a second
